Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (Cina) Kong Min Cawangan 2 in Ayer Tawar Penang has been searching for a PA system for its semi outdoor venue. The basketball court is covered at the roof while the 4 sides of the venue is open ended for air flow. 

Looking for a suitable system should not be an easy task due to the abundance of brands in the market. However, we make it easy for the school committee to make final decision on IVA brand with our reputation, past success stories and professional advice. IVA is famous among the school. It has been the choice of many school in the past due to the products are reliable, sound quality is powerful & decent and the costing is affordable. Some of the previous success stories we have shared to the school committee are SRJK (C) Han Ming, MRSM Kepala Batas and SMK Berapit Bukit Mertajam. 

In this school basketball court, 4 units of rX-15mk2 passive loudspeaker are installed to provide the coverage to the whole basketball court. The loudspeaker were installed in pair at one of the pillar at the middle of the court where the loudspeakers are pan to the left and right side. The loudspeaker also tilted down to ensure the audio is facing the audience. 

Powering the 4 units rX-15mk2 is the IVA power amplifier TPM-2.3. This power amplifier is adequate for the loudspeaker as the main usage of this system will be for speech reproduction and background music playback. 

On the mixer side, IVA Live-8 mixer produce the medium for the user to mix different input sources such as microphones, wireless microphone, PC, smartphone etc. this mixer also come with Bluetooth capability hence for users that want to playback music wirelessly, it can be done easily.
