AVEM designs 3 sound reinforcement systems that flexibility combined into a single system at 3 ballrooms in E.city Hotel

E.City Hotel give us a challenging audio system design for its ballrooms. It is basically a grand ballrooms that can be divide into 3 smaller individual ballrooms with moveable partitions. This is a very smart setup because 3 ballrooms can held 3 simultaneously 3 different events. If a large scale event is needed, the partition can be taken out to become one grand ballrooms.

The requirement for audio system must be similar to the transforming ballrooms need. When 3 ballrooms setup is deployed, each ballroom need to have their own individual audio system. When one grand ballroom is needed, the audio system can be combined and controlled in a single system. The most tricky part is the deployment between three or single audio system must be a simple as possible for the end user to operate. 

Even in separate ballroom, it is quite large. Audiocenter Line Array K-LA28 and its subwoofer K-LA815B are deployed to achieve even sounding front the front and to its back. 4 units of line array provide coverage for the front to back audiences and 2 units of subwoofer are tasked to provide low frequency extension. This setup is deployed in a Left-Right Stereo setup. This loudspeaker are powered by 3 units Audiocenter PRO-9.0 power amplifier. The mixing console for this system is Behringer X32 and its stage box S32 and these provide flexibility to mixing the audio. Finally this system is replicated to the other 2 ballrooms. 

Once the individual ballroom is completed, we integrated the 3 systems via an audio processor Biamp Nexia. Nexia is a very powerful processor that we use to have different audio routing presets. The routing presets are done via extensive programming from our system engineer. The final result, the system allow very easy usage to the operator as it only requires few mouse click from the computer to deploy different layout setting. 

Once everything is done, our engineer have organize a training to the operator so that they are equipped with the know-how knowledge to deploy the system as quick and precise as they can. 

E.City Hotel project is one example of the project done right. It has full Trinity Cooperative in effect. We have full trusts from the end users and the installer of this project, and this make a big different to unleash full potential of the sound system.
